Commission Policy

To request a commission the recommended method is to fill out the form located on the Commissions page. Upon receiving a commission form Broussard Studio should reach out to the submitter within 2-3 business days. We also accept commission requests via Instagram @BroussardStudio or via email to BroussardStudio.com. After receiving a request Broussard Studio will reach out to the individual requesting a commission to schedule a time to speak about the specifics of the commission. This will be done through a form of video chat that works for the requester or phone call. These talks can range from 30-60 minutes, however they can go longer if needed.

Potential topics to cover are:

• Specifics on what the requester wants to be painted

• Images that requester may want to use a reference

• Size of the artwork

• Medium that the artwork will be created with

• Deadlines on when the artwork is needed

• Cost of the piece

  • If the artwork needs to be created on a short deadline this may change the price

• Any other specifics deemed necessary to create the artwork

After all the necessary discussions have taken place a contract will be drafted and a sign request will be sent from BroussardStudio@gmail.com. The contract will go over all of the specifics of the commission that has been requested and the terms of the commission.
